a wrecked 1980 corvette that needs a new lease on life
A cut and transplanted rear deck and bumper onto the 80 to change its attitude.
Relocated the fuel fill to accommodate the new fuel cell with the in-tank fuel pump.
Removal of the original 80's front end we replaced it with a 73 nose and grills electric lights and plenty of attitude.
We wanted something different so a section from a fiberglass cowel nova hood with some additional cutting and bonding it became the semi stinger look we were looking for.
Presto and fully functional flow through stinger style hood to remove some heat and induce some cool air for that 396 small block full roller motor to gobble up.
It's hard to picture that old 80's style nose with the new 73 style bonded in place with custom tube backing and electric actuators to work the original headlight buckets.
She rolled here in sad shape a nose punched 79 corvette with a hurt front end and a tired 350. A new front end some beautiful blue paint and a 475HP 383 stroker motor and its all done except the time smoke and quick trips down the street.
A little nose job
sitting in the booth waiting for another coat of clear.
1964 Galaxie after 24 years sitting in a barn, we have taken her down to the bare bones and now she's coming back together.
New coat of Rangoon Red paint and interior being restored to the original pieces. Now only we know that she sports new front disc brakes and a R code 406 Ford FE stump pulling neck snapping hoss of a motor.
